4.1 Fees and Charges

All fees, tuition, and charges are listed on our website and are subject to change. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to the payment schedule provided. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and other authorized Indian payment service providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment gateway services.

4.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords. Payment information is handled securely by our payment gateway partners in compliance with RBI guidelines.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified timeframe. Payment gateway charges and processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Institute Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other materials, are the property of the Institute or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5.2 User Content

By submitting content (assignments, research papers, feedback, etc.) to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for educational and administrative purposes. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh for the resolution of any disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Compliance with Indian Laws

These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, RBI guidelines for payment systems, PCI-DSS standards, UGC regulations, and other applicable Indian laws and regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Institute regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
